Moncello Stewart will be honored at Savannah'48th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade with the 2026 MLK Day Trailblazer award for his volunteer efforts at the parade. The MLK Observance Day Association noted his abilities to uplift people and strengthen communities. He acknowledged the leaders in the community who encouraged him to become involved and lead in order to change the surroundings. Stewart hold key positions in several organizations which include president of the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce, and founder and CEO of Trident Strategy Group, leads the nonprofit One Seed, and serves on the board of Visit Savannah and Step Up Savannah. He is the treasurer and immediate past president of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. - Tau Beta Sigma Chapter in Savannah, an advisor to the Georgia State executive board of Phi Beta Sigma, a life member, and 2021 inductee of the Outstanding Sigma of the Southern Region, the highest individual honor given to a brother in the fraternity's Southern Region.
